Is this reproduceable or did it happen once? How large/long is the video?

This isn't necessarily a bug. Amazon is throwing this error, not us. We can however make the error more friendly.

1. Can we get an example video causing it, or is the video unrelated.
2. How long has it been happening

It happens with the subverse videos. Try downloading one of the longer ones? I will ask about frequency

@benhayward.ben I will take this one. We need to introduce chunking as anything over 1GB is very fragile. We have an upload lease of 20m but slower connections can't manage 5GB in this time.
