@LNER any reason why its taken over 2months for my delay repay to get resolved? You cancelled a train so not sure what your issue is with giving a refund
Each e-mail will move your case to the back of the queue to be worked so we advise against doing this. A phone call is the best way to chase this up. The team are very busy at the moment but someone will answer your call shortly. ^KM

@grantshapps is this really how the TOCs should be treating customers? I am in the same position- they have incorrectly rejected a delay repay. Chased them after 1 month and they just put you to the back of the queue. The rail industry is out of control.
