    This is what is happening in Libya Hafter Forces = Libyan, Russian, Iranian, Sudanian and Egyptian mercenaries + Saudi/UAE support in weaponry/finance. Government (Wifaq) = Libyan revolutionaries + small amount of Syrian revolutionaries + Turkish backing.
