Summary

After changing and save a video thumbnail, it becomes warped and distorted, stretched across the length of the video player.

Steps to reproduce

Upload a video and edit it, from the desktop. Change the thumbnail to one of the other two options.

Thumbnail is saving and becoming stretched.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Thumbnail should save and be inline with the rest of the video.
