I have an update about the truck captured last night, the launch tubes were actually organized in rows along the bed instead of being stacked. The info traded about rails was inaccurate and so was Brigade 56 claiming to have captured the perpetrators. Standby.

I don't think it's been revealed what the job of the American killed at K1 was, but judging from the context with FedPol officers wounded it sounds like he might've been some sort of contracted police trainer.
