Many, if not all, of these photos are from 2016-2017. According to the head of RSB-Group, former FSB officer Oleg Krinitsyn, a British PMC competed with them for the cement factory contract, but he said that RSB-Group offered to clear the factory for less than 1/3rd the price offered by the British PMC. 5/

According to Krinitsyn, RSB-Group isn't interested in former MVD or EMERCOM officers, but instead recruits former FSB border guards, Alfa/Vympel veterans, and graduates of the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School (RGVVDKU). 6/
