If you remind a post, the icon turns blue indicating you have reminded it. If you refresh, the remind icon no longer is blue.

1. Remind a post and notice the icon turn blue
2. Refresh browser
3. Icon is no longer blue

What is the expected correct behavior?

After reminding a post, the remind icon should always remain blue so you are able to see that you have reminded it.

Ok. Pretty sure it used to stay highlighted, and that is what I think it should do so a user can know if they have already reminded it.
