I'd say that you're colourblind if you think literal turquoise is literal ISIS, but the ISIS flag has no colour.
Imagine being so Islamophobic you think the East Turkestan flag is "ISIS."
Imagine not knowing ISIS is in Syria/Iraq and not China. Not every group calling for an Islamic Caliphate is ISIS, but they all are IS. Learn the difference before condescending to others.
