I don't know why security in these areas is neglected, where masked groups have been very active for weeks. I can't at all say that they belong to #Daesh, as I'm also sure that part of them work in secret for #Assad regime.

by spreading more news and hatred, but all these parties in the end aren't different from Daesh or Assad cells at all. All of them are the same for us, the people of Deir Ezzor, it worthed noting.
