About Us
Our History
Harry's love for cooking began in 1980's working in restaurants to make ends meet. The same love and passion for food was instilled in his two young sons, Harry Jr. and Manyi, and inspired them to open Sushi Cafe 20 years later.
Genesis
In the summer of 2002, Sushi Cafe officially opened its doors across from Mall of the Americas. The quick, Pan-Asian eatery soon became a local favorite.
The Legacy
Today, we continue to strive to provide quality food, superb service in a fast paced and friendly environment.
