I wrote this a year ago. My father is still forcibly disappeared in Assad's prisons. Hundreds of thousands are still forcibly disappeared. 2365: 6 years, 5 months, 21 days.

Here is Idlib where ppl in Maarat al-Numan city have no other choices either to stay and face the death after targeting the city with hundreds of airstrikes by Russia & Assad over the last 2 days or become IDPs in a tent in a camp on borders if they are lucky to find it

This picture from Maarat al-Numan speaks volumes. A man packs what he can as he prepares to flee. The writing on the wall that says: “Nobody should be subjected to torture, brutality or inhumane treatment and the evidence is Assad’s prisons.

    Show this thread

“I saw his body, I couldn't believe it. I said no, this is not my baby. After they showed me his clothes & ID, I accepted that he was my son. He was frozen in the morgue, his face shattered. The bullet hit his head, right in the middle of his forehead..."

  19. Asked one of them why they were chosen by their government since there are many more Bosnians in the camp: "Because we were the first to make Hijra here in 2013 so of course we are the first ones to be brought back." Not sure if that’s really the MO of the Bosnian government.

There you stood, America. Low on food. Low on ammunition and medical supplies. Outnumbered. Five Nazis for each American. In the dead of winter, they thought you'd surrender. They thought they'd break through. They thought wrong. 🇺🇸 |

  25. 9. Topcu says he expects to die soon: „I was at 120kg when I arrived, now it’s maybe 75.“ His injured leg from Baghuz still hurts, he suffers from several infections, coughing, breathing problems. He said he was stupid, made a mistake and hopes that German gov sends medical aid.

  26. 8. Emde‘s Hayat media glorified the Paris and Brussels attacks in several videos. TMC had trained the attackers, so he probably also discussed the video output about his most successful OP with Emde.

  27. 7. Topcu also said that TMC was sitting there often together with Abu Qatada. He means Christian Emde, the late head of ISIS al-Hayat video department. More about him here:

  28. 6. Topcu told me he also knew ExOps commander TMC. „We would sit together in Raqqa, drink tea, speak about new cellphones, personal stuff.“ He denied to have knowledge about TMC‘s work or position, which I find hard to believe.
