    What a shame, the Russian policy in using humanitarian aid as a weapon in this war is still used again and again

    Russia used its veto for the 14th time to block the on Syria. This time to block life-saving humanitarian assistance for millions, as 13/15 members supported the renewal of the so-called cross-border resolution. Terrible day for for the people the Council failed today.
