    De même pour ceux (très nombreux ces derniers temps, surtout en France) qui renvoient régime et rebelles dos à dos. Comme si la faute incombait autant aux rebelles... quand la grande majorité de ceux-ci rêverait de vivre en paix à Idlib, en ouvrant un petit business.

    Avec leur éternel « il n’y a pas de solution militaire au conflit », les USA font mine de ne pas comprendre ce qu’Assad et la Russie font. La solution est militaire et les États-Unis pourraient facilement la mettre en œuvre (au moins via une no fly zone).

    In the last 24 hours, 22 civilians have lost their life in because of ongoing Assad regime and Russian airstrikes. The violence must end now. The international community must speak out - there is no military solution to this conflict.

    La Turquie ne bougera pas pour Maarat Nouman. Elle ne défendra pas le reste d’Idlib. Elle en a pourtant les moyens. Pour Erdogan il est plus facile de jouer avec son nouveau hochet (le GNA), de gonfler les biceps et de souffler froid et chaud en Libye. Quel manque de vision.

    There will be no resistance [not that effective] to defend MaNuman as well as no support from Turkey. The city might fall down to the regime in a month.

    If Capitol Hill were interested in bringing its actions into even a loose connection to the values it celebrates when performing in its reality TV show, it might suggest working with our ally Turkey to impose a no-fly zone on Idlib. That would stop the killing and wouldn’t cost
