  29. This is my main concern 👇 Russia will fail again & will implement the Tal Rifaat formula to safeguard/supply the YPG & enable its campaign against Turkey & the SNA. If the Americans would be smart, they would exploit it but currently they are busy destroying TR-US relations.

  30. Russia had tried a similar approach in Tal Rifaat and the Sahba region before to form a Russian-controlled Kurdish force. At that time, Russia offered the biggest salaries in Syria by far and send special force to command them. It failed miserably. Most even don't know of it.
