The 17:50 #LondonMarylebone to #Oxford will be formed of 5 carriages instead of 9.
Hi Kirsten, to minimise the busyness on the service we have removed the stop off the screen. It's still calling at High Wycombe, but certain decisions are made to lessen the discomfort from formation alterations. Apologise for any inconvenience caused. BL

A train either stops somewhere or it doesn’t. Mixed messages to staff and customers helps no one. Some staff told people to get on this train , I was told otherwise. How are you planning to address this ?

They will advise this to minimise the overcrowding on this service, following from the removal of the stop off the screen. Appreciate the frustration which I'm sorry for. If you wish to make a complaint you can submit this via https://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/contact-us . BL

how can that bizarre ‘decision’ help fare paying passengers when they don’t know if they’ll be able to get off at their station or not?! Never heard anything so ridiculous!

So basically the train does call there - presumably to meet franchise requirements - but you are not going to tell passengers about the train stopping there, in case the passengers actually get on the train

But I asked staff and they said it wasn’t calling at high Wycombe ?
