Due to regulations most of these have hard legal requirements that users be over a certain age, yet parents themselves willfully ignore these and then are dismayed by the less-than-savory effect it has on their kids.

Another trick is whenever an app updates it will revert any changes you made back to default. Of course the default options are not to your benefit.

There are so many questions about TikTok in regards to privacy/data protection and how China is involved but yet you have influencers pushing it online at all cost. This is a platform I am worried about.
