As a transsexual, particularly one who is finished the entire process and has put in the effort to pass and live fairly normally - Being asked my pronouns is offensive. I would be less upset with someone calling me a slur. But, as usual, you fucking freaks don't care about the transsexuals you've used and abused to get your way and control the "cis people". Fuck you! Fuck you and the horse you rode in on!

Amen to that. I'm still in the process and this constant push for preferred pronouns not only irks me but worries me. Will my employer think that I am like these people? Will they view me as a liability? These people don't think about that.
