Comments attachments aren't letting the user cancel properly

Steps to reproduce

Pick your own image by all means, if it fails, this is the one I used to simulate:

1. Go to a group
2. Post the image as an attachment in the side chat.
3. Delete the attachment (click the picture)
4. After a few hundred MS, see an outline window pop up - error also thrown in console

Platform information

Cross-platform but replicated Chromium / Ubuntu

What is the current bug behavior?

When clicking away the image, an outline box as below appears.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Error should be handled, should not be an outline window, and the user should still be able to reupload.
