Same user keeps on being added to messenger list.

Not sure how to reproduce. I was sending test messages to another channel when this started happening.

If I recall correctly this is something to do with the engine bugging out, but do check with @msantang78

We need to get some reproduction steps for this. Any ideas?

I gave my channel guid 1023616090707599371 so we can match up any suspicious activity in Sentry.
