Boost Offer branding to Sponsorship Offer

Boost offer is very confusing term for users. I needed Ben to explain it to me. It's an offer to pay for a remind so it isn't that complicated. Sponsorship better captures the idea of a paid remind. Change the branding of Boost Offer to Sponsorship Offer and add a tool tip or subtitle description: "Offer to pay to get content reminded"
