  21. I made a mistake with the structure of the 3rd legion of the due to a big misunderstanding. After counsulting with the commander of the 3rd legion, I updated the chart, put in the right structure of the 3rd legion and verified it again to the commander (Abu Ahmad Nour).

  35. The head of the local council of Afrin (Kurd) told that most of Afrin residents who initially fled due to the war returned but that the restrictions by the YPG prevent any IDPs living in Tal Rifaat to return. He said that IDPs needs to pay huge bribes to YPG to to cross to Afrin.

  36. As long as the status que remains many civilians around Tal Rifaat (Afrin, Azaz, Marea, Kal Jibreen) will continue to die due to YPG attacks and bombs and retaliation by SNA can always result in civilian casualties. The only way to solve it is to eradicate the YPG in this area.
