If you have to put together a guide, then maybe you should do better with initial announcement.

Eh, that's not really true at all. There is no way to implement all 2018 and 2019 Pokemon in a way that spotlights the 2019 Pokemon and have it not be confusing in any way.

If i purify a pokemon which and give it a second charge attack before evolving and evolve during community day will it learn exclusive move as well as keeping return as first charge attack,to be precise can i get a pokemon having for example :watergun/return/hydrocanon- blastoise
