My profile should not be considered incomplete because I snubbed from hashtags in discovery. Hashtags that I follow are different from hashtags that I am.

I couldn't reproduce the bug:

• I removed all the hashtags and my profile is shown as incomplete. (front and mobile)
• I selected any custom hashtag and my profile is shown as completed (front and mobile)

Yes, but it should never show as incomplete based on those hashtags. Those are different from these:
