    Actually, the crisis can end once the blockading countries undo their hostile steps and remove the blockade. These were the conditions to resolve the crisis and they are still the same.

    A reminder that ending the Gulf rift is an incremental process of engagement and dialogue rather than something resolvable at a single summit meeting alone.
