• Use the api/v2/tags/search/suggest entpoint to get a list of tags
• Wire up the Onboarding Channel Suggestions to use that endpoint
• Write end to end tests for onboarding channel modal
• Write unit tests for onboarding channel tags
• Update our developer documentation on tags, what they do and how they operate.

Channel suggestion step should use a query of channels bast on tags selected in previous step.
