    it's so much worse than this. Assad's doctors & thugs have been torturing/brutalizing wounded civilians in their hospital beds since 2011.

    While this was known, report goes further into the horror: health workers were arrested, detained and interrogated under counter terrorism laws - which is what happens when you declare humanitarians as terrorists - including facing military courts
