    Agreed. The E3 should also keep in mind that the DRM within JCPOA was put in place to resolve disputes and not to be used to put pressure on the other party.

    Europe’s dilemma is that the underlying threat behind the DRM process is sanctions snapback. But we know sanctions have done nothing to deter Iran’s reduced JCPOA compliance + regional aggression. The move could see Europe lose everything + gain nothing. …
