Wallet upgrade superstructure
Located at /v2wallet for now (ultimate route tbd).

This is the component skeleton and routing for the wallet upgrade. To test, go to /v2 wallet and click around on stuff. Look at the browser url to see what currency and view you are on.
- Tokens should have 'overview', 'transactions' and 'settings' tabs.
- USD should have 'settings' and 'transactions' tabs.
- Ether and Bitcoin should only have 'settings' tabs.
Ignore the sidebar links. This is getting tossed out in favor of new navigation design.
