Summary

In a moderated group, all user posts go into a queue that the moderator can accept into the feed or reject. The posts are automatically going into the feed, and there is no queue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Help and Support
   
2. Make a post from non admin account
   
3. It displays in the feed
