National Testing Agency, NTA would be releasing the JEE Main 2020 Admit Cards for the January examinations today – December 6, 2019. Students who have applied for the examination are advised to keep a check on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in for updates regard the same. Also, a list of important things students should check on the admit card are provided below as a quick checklist. Link for admit card is expected to be activated around 4 pm on jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The date for the release of the admit cards was shared in the official notification. The JEE Main 2020 January examination would be conducted from January 6, 2020 to January 11, 2020 in two slots every day. The morning slot is from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon slot is from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates who opt for both B.Arch and B. Planning would be provided additional half hour for the examination.

JEE Main 2020 Admit Card: Import things to check

The first thing every student should check on their admit card are the personal details. Ensure that the information provided on the admit card matches the information provided by you while filling the applications. This also includes the spelling of your name. Students should ensure that these details also tally the photo id card that you would carry to the examination hall. In case of any discrepancies, students are advised to immediately get in touch with NTA regarding the same.

Check the examination centre details and the time/ date of the examination slot which has been allotted to you. It is important to note that no request for change in the examination centre or slot would be entertained.

Check that the examination that you have applied for are all listed there. Admit cards of students who have applied for Paper I, II and III must show the names of all the examination. In case the information provided on the admit card is incorrect or insufficient, then students must reach out to NTA regarding the same. Students would not be allowed to appear for the examination which is not listed on the admit cards.

Go through the instructions printed on the admit cards. It is important to note that the admit card download window would be open till the examination days. However, all students must download the admit card and check the details mentioned at the earliest to avoid last minute concerns.
