Sorry this is the best I have. I cannot remember any details, and every time I try a different song keeps playing in my head. The only information I have is based on the music video.

There are a group of kids trapped in a concrete, underground jail. They have powers or mutations and one person tries to escape/save them. I remember the colour scheme to be blues and grey greens.
