Form Validation

Client-side, inline form validation should be run on all form inputs.

Notifications

Any form submission to be followed up with a notification. e.g. On-Chain address updated, 100 tokens transferred to on-chain etc. It's important interactions/transactions are followed up with a confirmation message.
