    Shelling on YPG-held town of Tell Rifaat has caused a massacre this evening. At least 10 civilians, 8 of them children between 3 and 15 years old, were killed. YPG is blaming Turkish artillery shelling. In the last weeks YPG shelled Turkish/SNA-held Azaz City from Tell Rifaat.
