"The Fantastic Word Gizmo" is a 1999 children's game which was apparently made by Ohio Distinctive Software (http://www.ohio-distinctive.com/).

WRDGIZCD.ISO has 387,123,200 bytes and an MD5 of 567FABCA1609DD4F5BED7036E2AE230F

After following these steps I successfully ran this program in a virtualization of Windows 95, but I suggest that you use Windows 98 since it might have 256 or more colors:

*Per http://redump.org/discs/system/pc/region/Am/letter/f/ → http://redump.org/disc/60918/ & http://redump.org/disc/60699/ which says that it is 1999 and the timestamps of the files (some are from 1998 and other are from 1999).

Error I got when I tried to run this "ISO > program" on Windows 7 with various compatibility modes and with 32-bit mode enabled in "Internet Information Services > Application Pools > DefaultAppPool > Advanced Settings... > ..." (since I tried to run the mounted ISO on a 64-bit computer):

It didn't work with a 64-bit Windows 7 OS. It might work with a Windows 7 32-bit OS + compatibility mode.
