For clarification purposes, can a senior staff member please confirm that the Pro services (UI / UX modifications and corresponding functionality / source code) have been fully released under the existing GNU/AGPL agreement and can be used within third party deployments of the Minds frameworks?

Yes it is all AGPLv3. The only condition is that any changes made by 3rd parties must be re-open-sourced with the AGPLv3 license.

Thank you @markeharding for the clarification. Btw. I am aware of the AGPLv3 redistribution clause, I was considering various aspects within the context of the Minds Community Open Source Initiative (MCOSI) mission statement and stated objectives, as well as within the context of the values that are promoted via the principles that directly corresponds to the FLOSS paradigm.

I hope that the community can understand we need revenue to be a sustainable business.
