Jackie attempts to conceal the small pistol in the gap between the trunk and backseat and accidentally drops it on the trunk which is the real reason she climbed onto the trunk. She claimed she was picking up brain fragments of her husband who was just shot. She is retrieving the small pistol.

JFK's speech angered the leaders of the NWO so they got his wife to murder him in broad daylight on video in front of the entire world to send a message.
