What specific law? I see terms like this thrown out a lot (various situations) when it's really more the writers wish than concrete fact. Note: no question Turkey's policies are immoral and inhumane on many counts. My question is technical.

The figures are for September and October and it is not clear where were they deported from or to where. November figures are not out yet though they are expected to be higher given to what is going on in Urfa.
