Unlike parts 2 and onwards, its fights ooze that 80's "Me win because me stronk and gud" mentality present in shonen manga of the time, which makes it kinda boring to a modern spectator. Even with those problems, it still showed great potential from Araki, as, for example, the first 5 manga chapters are amazing, and Dio is a great vilain, meaning it probably was a really good manga back when it was released "Part 1 is perfect" Half of the JJBA Community The Other Half "Part 1 is trash" Still Me Also Me I wrote a very short essay on part 1 for a shitpost.
