On Jury Duty Can't Review Content effectively

Summary

When a user is selected for Jury Duty. The content to be assessed is in a fixed modal and the image being assessed can't be seen in full. This makes it impossible to fairly judge the NSFW content.

Steps to reproduce

Be selected for Jury for a large image or cartoon.

Platform information

Bowser

What is the current bug behavior?

You are requested to assess content but you are only provided a modal that shows a portion of the content.

What is the expected correct behavior?

You should be able to see the entire post, image video content you are assessing

Possible fixes

Provide link to content to open in a new tab that allows the juror to see the whole content.
