Summary

Videos are auto-playing for users with P2P media disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Either get access to an account with P2P enabled, or on a test env, alter the user object. Because of #2195 you will likely not be able to just turn it on on a fresh user.
Post a video
Scroll, observe autoplay
