    YPG "protestors" throwing molotovs and rocks, trying to set a Russian APC on fire during a TR-RU joint patrol. The rules of engagement for these joint patrols must be revised to allow soldiers to protect themselves. When someone tries to set you on fire...they're not a civilian.
