The map is for the 1998 Parliamentary elections, not for the 2010.

2010 had local and presidential elections, but the pattern wasn’t so stark.

Same goes for election results in former German territories in modern day Poland. But what intrigues me in this example is, that mostly the whole population of those territories was repopulated with Eastern Poles.
