Just putting my WIP progress up for instrumenting the code with Istanbul. I'm hoping with Guy's HMR updates merged that allow the site to be served, i can check exactly what is instrumented, and not mess around with manually building it in a container.

Currently with this config it seems some files are randomly skipped.
