This will be an implementation/extension of the Feed class that was introduced for Boost Campaign refactoring work.

Need to define which feeds to integrate into and what parameters need to be requested.

Boost feed code should do the filtering/targetting. E.g. a channel feed can request a feed for that channel. Feed code will determine which boosts and how many will be delivered.
