It’s fine for people to argue among others that are debating the topic and talk about what’s going on But if people drag children or other adults who legitimately are just trying to enjoy the game and have a non-toxic environment surrounding them, then their just contributing-

How dare you, children must be shown the true horrors of reality as early as possible. Start them early, tell them their a disappointment when they start communicating. Don't forget to stay consistent.

whenever some kid tells me how "cool" or "awesome" something is, I just lecture them at length about global warming, then show them footage of 9/11. That'll learn 'em.

Just putting it out there: kids aren't why people are angry about a certain relevant topic. They're mad at other adult veterans being apologetic about removal of a large part of the appeal for a fairly large portion of the adult audience.
