I know nothing about plot of the play but I don't need to because of Taylor's talent for painting pictures with words.
I was really not excited to see this movie. The play never enticed me and watching the trailer for this I definitely didn't think I would either but this song sealed the deal for me. I'm excited now to see what Taylor brings to the table for this film. This song alone is so hauntingly beautiful and I hope if/when she retires from pop she goes into musical theater song writing because that's where she'll get more freedom to let her writing shine.
