You sold "your" music. It's not yours anymore. If I sell my car to someone else, and they won't let me to drive it anymore, it's because that's how things work.

Here’s an example: I bought a painting from an artist. He was invited to show his work at an art museum, a high honor. I loaned him back the painting so he could include it and his fans could enjoy it. This is art. Not consumer goods manufacturering. But nice try.
