JOHN FOREST "JOHNNY" GOOSEY, age 21, passed away at his home in Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, the 21st of July 2009. Born the 3rd of August 1987, in Houston, to John and Claire Goosey. Johnny graduated from Lamar High School in 2004 and The University of Texas at Austin in 2008 in Literature and History. Johnny was a spontaneous and gregarious young man who had a smile for everyone that he met. His warm and friendly spirit was infectious and engaging. Johnny and Stacy planned to move to Houston to continue his schooling and to begin her professional career. Johnny was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Frances Basha, and cousin, Kristopher Basha. Johnny is survived by his parents, Dr. John and Mrs. Claire Goosey, of West University; his sister, Leslie Goosey, of London, England; his grandparents, Forest and Billye Jean Goosey, of Houston; his aunt, Dorothy Truesdale, of Houston; his uncle, Kenneth Basha, of Florence, South Carolina; and his cousins, Travis Truesdale, Jennifer Truesdale, and Katherine Basha.He was a 21 yr old victim of murder in Austin Texas. His fiancee' Stacy Barnett was also murdered.
