- The SCP Foundation has a lot of it in general, but the crowning example has to be SCP-835. It shows you exactly what kind of things the [DATA EXPUNGED] tags are hiding.
- SCP-198. It's a shape-shifting, teleporting cup that fuses with your hand if you touch it. Once it does, it will make you undergo rapid dehydration and malnutrition unless you drink the fluids it provides...which are your own body fluids, urine, feces, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Drinking anything else won't stop the dehydrating effect and there's no way to remove the cup.

- A good number of Creepypasta. Sometimes relying on this trope is recognised as an example of a bad Pasta. Other times, it's used to utter effectiveness.

- The "Runners" series combines Nausea Fuel with Fetish Retardant as parasitic mushrooms cause people to slowly break down and feel compelled to mutilate themselves and other infected, and feel absolute sexual ecstasy in the process. The whole series is gross and disturbing, but one of the worst stories has to be "Far Too Many Flies, Part 2", where the narrator becomes infected due to his hobby of having sex with decomposing roadkill.

- "Pizza Time remastered new on Nickelodeon" is equal parts nauseatingly disturbing and flat-out disturbing. It has people dressed in inflatable suits as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and circle jerking onto a pizza (imagine Overdrawn at the Blood Bank but with semen instead of blood), cutting a turtle's head in half (although it's clearly a watermelon), and gouging its eye out before continuing to stick fingers and knives into the eye hole.
- Fluffy Pony Abuse art most certainly falls under this, as the torture and dismemberment the colorful equines are put through tend to be extremely graphic and gore-heavy.

- The pooping sound effects are a bit too realistic. It might be a good idea to mute the sound if you have a weak stomach.
- Deandra's arms getting ripped off. There's even a blood splatter.
- Episode 29 reveals Deandra's big secret about why she left her old school in Atchison. She had a failed Potty Emergency while on top of the pyramid during a cheer routine due to a combination of Chronic IBS, Pop Rocks, Code Red Mountain Dew, Chili Dogs, Corn Dogs, and Pastrami Quesdillas. The flashback shows extremely realistic-looking poop splatter all over Tanya, Taylor, and even the scoreboard! Then she pooped on the city—

Once the chips were completely crushed, the bag popped and the oil on the chips leaked out from under the press head into an opaque, grayish-yellow puddle."I think that is the healthy stuff coming out of there."
- There are videos on YouTube of certain innocent franchises (Spider-Man, Frozen, Minions, Peppa Pig, etc.) in several disturbing, possibly fetish-inspired scenarios, many of which involving open wounds, dirty feet, bodily waste, even amputation in some of them. The kicker is that they're meant for kids!
