This was extracted from surveillance tape C34 disclosed by Link Real Estate, 00:46 at Sheung Tak carpark, where 22yo student Chow reportedly “fell” from 3/F and now at critical condition. I saw the same. If you go back to the full video (C34), you can see the same two people again a few second later further to the left. The guy behind was still pushing the one in front.

The guy at the back (an undercover police?) was dragging and pushing him along right? So who was the one that fell from 3rd floor (guessing the person who was being pushed)?

There's no tear gas seen in those footages, so he's not escaping from the tear gas. There's no witness of the falling, right? Maybe the "fall" didn't even happen.
